Order and payment for international delivery

International shipping is carried out on a prepaid basis for one-time items.

For individuals for export and import, payment is possible:

  • to the courier for depositing to the bank account,
  • payment by Visa or Mastercard of any bank on the website
  • or by an electronic invoice, which is sent with a payment link to Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram messengers, with a commission from the international payment service Fondy

When exporting abroad, payment must be made before the departure of the item abroad.

When importing from abroad, the advance payment must be made before placing an application for selection abroad.

When working under a contract with a deferred payment, the payment for the transportation of imports must be paid upon arrival of the cargo in Ukraine, prior to customs clearance.

International transportation is taxed at the VAT rate = 0%, transportation within Ukraine at the VAT rate = 20%.

How to send export shipments from Ukraine

The Order is carried out anywhere in Ukraine. Standard delivery time for the country is 1-3 business days.

The rates indicated on the website include calling the courier to the sender’s address in all major cities of Ukraine. The main cities of Ukraine include all regional and some regional centers without exception.

In the event that the selection did not take place due to the absence of the sender at the address, the service reserves the right not to re-select.

Documents and cargo can be handed over independently for registration in representative offices in the main cities of Ukraine.

Selection in places remote from the main cities is carried out with an additional payment for leaving the city at the current rates of the Dobra Delivery courier service.

Delivery of import shipments of international delivery from abroad.

Delivery is carried out anywhere in Ukraine. Standard delivery time for the country is 1-3 business days.

The rates indicated on the site include address delivery to the sender in all major cities of Ukraine. The main cities of Ukraine include all regional and some regional centers without exception.

In the event that the delivery did not take place due to the absence of the recipient at the address, the shipment can be re-delivered or stored on demand (but not more than 20 days), at the discretion of the service.

Import shipments that have passed customs clearance can be picked up independently at representative offices in the main cities of Ukraine.

Delivery in places remote from the main cities is carried out with an additional payment for leaving the city at the current rates of the Dobra Delivery courier service.

The main cities of Ukraine include the following (zone 1):

Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zaporozhye, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kropyvnytskyi, Kremenchuk, Kriviy Rig, Kramatorsk, Lviv, Lutsk, Mariupol, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Exactly, Sumy, Ternopil, Uzhgorod, Kharkov, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi. Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi.

All other settlements of Ukraine belong to the cities of zones 2-7. The distribution of delivery zones is carried out according to the separation of the settlement from the nearest city of zone 1. For tariffs for delivery to such settlements, see the section – Delivery outside the city.

Complaints and refunds.

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing in any form by e-mail.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 14 days after the occurrence of force majeure upon delivery.
  • The complaint must contain the required details – the bill of lading number and the sender’s data.
  • Complaints about delivery times will not be accepted. All terms are indicated on the website or in the rules of international courier services, as well as the terms that can be discussed with service representatives, are approximate. Delivery times may be postponed depending on external circumstances, depending on geography, actions of customs authorities or the recipient, and accordingly sometimes go beyond the competence of international courier services.
  • The service is not responsible for the actions and decisions of the customs authorities that may prevent the import or export of international shipments in accordance with local legislation. Complaints and reclamations against the actions of the customs authorities of any country must be submitted to the customs authorities. The service does not consider complaints and claims related to the actions of the customs authorities.
  • For international delivery, international conventions apply – the Warsaw or Montreal Convention and the CMR. The rules of the Warsaw, Montreal and CMR conventions regulate and in most cases limit liability for loss, damage or delay in shipment.
  • If the shipment requires customs clearance, it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure or ensure that the recipient provides the service with all the information and accurate documentation required for this purpose. The service will operate at the expense of the sender and at his expense for customs clearance in the country of destination. The sender also agrees that the service can be considered the recipient solely for the purpose of appointing a customs broker who will carry out customs clearance in accordance with local law.
  • The service may deliver the shipment to the recipient named on the bill of lading or to any other person who appears to be someone who can accept the shipment on behalf of the recipient (for example, a person in the same premises or the recipient’s neighbors).
  • If the recipient is an individual, then his individual tax number is required for customs purposes. If the sender or recipient does not provide the recipient’s tax number if necessary, any international service will automatically return the shipment to the country of departure. Complaints and claims in such cases are not accepted for consideration.
  • The shipment must not contain items prohibited for carriage, must not contain goods that may threaten the lives of people or animals, vehicles or in any other way spoil or damage other transported goods. Otherwise, complaints will not be accepted.
  • If the shipment requires customs clearance, it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure or ensure that the recipient provides the service with all the information and accurate documentation required for this purpose.
  • In case of violation by the sender or recipient of customs procedures or refusal to participate in them, non-compliance with local legislation or non-compliance of the shipment with local permits and regulations, the cost of returning or destroying the shipment shall be borne by the customer.
    In case of force majeure, partial damage or loss of cargo, compensation is possible according to the rules of international courier services and air carriers, but will not exceed $ 20 per 1 kg.
  • The tariff does not include payment of local customs duties and taxes without a separate agreement. Complaints and reclamations about the amount of customs payments and duties must be submitted to the customs authorities.

 

  • Refunds are available upon written request within 14 days of canceling a prepaid import request or returning an unsent shipment for export.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the successful request in the amount of the prepayment minus payment fees and shipping costs for targeted courier delivery.
  • The service is not responsible for the actions and decisions of the customs authorities, which may prevent the import or export of international shipments in accordance with local legislation.
  • In case of violation by the sender or recipient of customs procedures or refusal to participate in them, non-compliance with local legislation or non-compliance of the shipment with local permits and regulations, the cost of returning or destroying the shipment shall be borne by the customer.
  • In case of force majeure, partial damage or loss of cargo, compensation is possible according to the rules of international courier services and air carriers, but will not exceed $ 20 per 1 kg.
  • Cancellation of applications or return of shipment without payment of the entire delivery is possible only before the passage of customs procedures.
  • In case of return of items that cross any customs borders, payment is not refundable. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The tariff does not include payment of local customs duties and taxes.
